We cannot ship to the Marshall Islands because USPS offers No delivery confirmation.

* No returns on any printed matter,books,charts,decals etc..

* Prior return authorization is required on all returns & within 15 days of receipt. We will give you a Return Authorization number to be placed on the outside of the package. You have 15 days to get the item back to us. After 15 days, you will need to email us again. Another Return Authorization Number will be needed. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee deducted because we would have already re-plenished inventory. When we receive the item back, an inspection will be made. If we find the item to be used or not in the original condition, then No refunds will be given. The item will remain here until shipping is paid to return it to you.

* All "Authorized" non-defective returns are given a full refund (less S&H, Insurance) all other expenses will be deducted from the refund such as shipping containers (tubes) and excess shipping charges not charged. No returns after 15 days of receipt of an order. (Unless there are Special Circumstances)
